Qualifications and Profiling
The recruitment process begins with a clear understanding of the client’s business and organizational structure, objectives and business culture, and the background surrounding the vacancy. The role’s specifications are then identified based on a comprehensive job description and a series of questions we discuss with your senior management.

Sourcing Strategy
Our candidate sourcing strategy focuses on these key-sourcing methods, by priority:

Direct Approach (headhunting and networking): when the role requirements are very specialized, our approach is to contact suitable candidates directly for the vacancy. In such circumstances we maintain the utmost confidentiality to ensure both parties anonymity. This search method relies heavily on industry knowledge, social media, and networking.

Database: our advanced database is another key searching method for locating candidates. It is a sophisticated tool that enables candidates’ profiles to be located based on several key criteria. Due to an auto-coding and auto-loading system we are able to quickly and efficiently extract all relevant candidates.

Web Communication (internet search): in special cases where the role requirements or market conditions warrant, external-searching tools may be required. In such cases we will advertise on local/international on-line platforms where the exact needs of the client can be clearly detailed. (Examples: Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, XING, etc). As part of our service, PURE is willing to advertise all roles on our website.

Short List Presentation
After an extensive screening process has been completed, PURE will run interviews with all potential candidates. These interviews allow us to gain insight into the skills, motivations, and objectives of the candidate, and help us understand whether or not there could be a potential fit. After creating the long-list, PURE short lists only the highest potential matches and prepares their documents for your review. Each candidate is then presented with a detailed cover sheet containing compensation details, career objectives, languages, nationality/permit restrictions, etc.

Interviewing
Once the short list has been reviewed and those you wish to interview selected, we will coordinate the location and timing and ensure everyone is well prepared for the discussion. To us this means sending a detailed information pack, including LinkedIn profiles, pictures, maps, details about the role/candidate, and arranging a debriefing session to discuss any questions or concerns.

Professional References
Candidates that have been chosen for the final round will be requested to provide PURE with professional references. The reference check will only be carried out once the consent of the candidate has been obtained and the candidate has been informed about who will be contacted. As part of our service, PURE will check references and provide you with the details (unless you specify otherwise).

The Contract
Once a final candidate has been selected, PURE will handle the offer management process to ensure the final stages are smooth and efficient. Once the candidate has signed the offer, we will assist them in negotiating the terms of their departure. To ensure long-term success in the role, we will follow up with both parties.

Integration
The process of on-boarding new hires is a very important next step in ensuring a positive start to the integration process, and one we take very seriously. Shortly before the successful candidate begins employment, PURE will contact the client to review their planned integration process to ensure a successful start.

Quality Control
Our service extends beyond the management of the recruitment process. PURE remains connected to both the client and the candidate long afterwards to ensure both are satisfied with the services they have received. Upon the completion of the assignment, a debriefing session with the client will be scheduled to review the process. Candidates’ satisfaction will be attained by the completion of a placement survey. Although the ultimate decision on which candidate to hire lies with you, PURE guarantees that if a person is hired for a role, but resigns or is terminated within 3 months of employment, we will conduct a replacement search for no additional charge.
